These Dealer Account Terms apply to trade accounts with Iron Parts & Services BV and to orders placed through the SimplePart dealer webshop. They are in addition to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
Dealer accounts are available to businesses in the automotive trade, including workshops, dealers, fleets and resellers. Accounts are not available to private consumers.
2. Application and approval
Account applications are reviewed and approved by Iron Parts. We may request business details such as company name, VAT number and country. We may decline an application, or withdraw an approved account, where the applicant does not meet our trade eligibility criteria, where the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, where a credit assessment is unsatisfactory, or where there has been a breach of these terms. We will give our reasons on request.
3. Your account
Dealer sign in and ordering take place in the SimplePart dealer webshop. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
4. Pricing
Competitive pricing shown after sign in is confidential to your account and must not be shared. Recommended retail prices may be shown publicly for reference. Prices are subject to change and are confirmed at the point of order.
5. Orders, stock and delivery
Orders are processed through SimplePart and are subject to availability and stock. Delivery times are estimates. Order and delivery details are confirmed in the webshop.
6. Payment
Payment, credit and invoicing terms are as agreed with your account and as shown at checkout. Credit limits are set on the basis of credit assessment, trading history and outstanding balance. We may review a credit limit where any of these change, and we will notify you before a reduction takes effect.
7. Returns and warranty
Returns are handled according to our returns process. Genuine parts carry the applicable manufacturer warranty. Details are provided with your order and on request.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account immediately where there is misuse, non-payment, or a material breach of these terms. Except where immediate suspension is necessary to prevent harm, we will notify you of the issue and allow 14 days to remedy it before suspending or closing the account.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Belgium. Questions? Contact info@ironparts.com.
